Our culture in one word? People. That’s a little broad. A lot maybe. How about our culture in 9 words?

Smart, Adaptable, Fun-Loving, Caring, Resilient, Resourceful, Discerning, Authentic … people.

As philosopher Will Durant said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” This practice and our strong, personal relationships are the foundation for authentic connections. Its what helps us jump the largest of hurdles and navigate all the speed bumps.

People are number one. To our core, we live to help them thrive.

So to sum it up into one word: Yes, we’d still say “People.” But just to be clear, people are not commodities, and it is our belief, our mission, our culture – to prove it.

Client Intimacy starts by asking the right questions. Clients trust us with their business, so we dig deep to find the right solutions. Strong and personal relationships are built on a foundation of trust, so whether it’s with our clients or co-workers we have the courage to make the right choices. Even when it’s not the easiest course of action. More than just a vendor, we’re partners with our clients and each other: eager, empathetic and honest.

Caring radically is in our nature. We go to great lengths to support our clients, community and friends. Every person is unique. It follows then that what motivates them is unique, too. In the end, we are all in the game of life together, so we celebrate the triumphs and hold each other up during difficult times. We strive to nurture the individual greatness within each of us because we know if our employees are happy and engaged, our clients will be too.

Simply put, Spirit of Service means your goal is our goal. We have a personal stake in exceeding the needs of our clients and employees. Giving it our heart, sweat, and even sometimes tears. Our peer-to-peer and manager-to-associate relationships are a true testament to the teamwork and above-and-beyond-attitude each person possesses.
